The Electric & Hybrid Marine awards recognize and reward the latest breakthroughs, innovations and developments in the industry. They cover various areas of electrification and decarbonization technologies, with shortlisted entries to be judged by an international panel of journalists and experts from across the marine industry.
The awards were presented on June 21 during Electric & Hybrid Marine Expo Europe, and recognized achievements in the following categories: Supplier of the Year, Engineering Team of the Year, Innovation of the Year, Propulsion System Manufacturer of the Year, and Electric & Hybrid Propulsion System of the Year.
Phil Sharp, CTO at Genevos commented: “We are committed to supporting maritime decarbonisation by providing scalable hydrogen-electric systems applicable to a diverse range of vessels from passenger ferries and service vessels to sailing and motor yachts.
“Together with Transfluid we are delighted to receive the Electric & Hybrid Propulsion System of the Year Award for the best complete system that recognises our contribution to cleaner, more efficient marine propulsion.”
